MEMORANDA.

      The U. S. frigate Constellallon, Capt. Ridgeley, arrived at New-York the 30th ult. reports the following vessels –

Arrived at Valparaiso ... 24th, ship Russell, Arthur, do. [New Bedford] from the Sandwich Islands;

The Apollo, of Martha's Vineyard, was spoken May 7, off Valparaiso, last from Pitcairn's Island.
