 1 pm: Light Breezes and Cloudy Weather

 2 pm: The Boats Crews exercised at Small Arms

 4 pm: Cloudy Weather

 6 pm: Worked the Pumps as usual

 7 pm: Before Dark – In Studding Sails and 1st Reefs

 9 pm: Fine Cloudy Weather

11 pm: Some Flashes of Lightning from the Eastward

 4 am: Light Breezes and fair Weather

 7 am: Out 1st Reefs

 8 am: Pleasant Weather

 9 am: Up all Chests & Bags, Washed the Gun Orlop and Cockpit Decks – At 9 AM Ship – Exercised Great Guns and Marines at Platoon firing Carpenters caulking the Launch Sailmakers repairing the Main deck Awning A Cask of Spruce Beer broached and given instead of Wine

12 noon: Moderate Breezes and fair Weather
