4 pm: Bent the Old Jibb.
6 pm: Fresh Breezes and Fair Weather. In lower Steering Sail.
Let fresh Water into the Ship and worked the Pumps.
9 pm: Squally inclinable to Rain.
12 mid: Fresh Gale and fine Weather.
6 am: Down Top Gallant Yards and bent the Old Top Gallant Sails.
7 am: Served thick Portable Soup for Breakfast as usual. Portable Soup in the Pease for Dinner and Sour Krout.
8 am: Up Top Gallant Yards. Bent the Old Fore Sail. Washed Ship and dried with Fires.
10 am: Broached a Puncheon of Spruce Beer for the People.
12 noon: Fresh Gale and fair Weather. Assistant in Company but not able to keep way with us
for the first time since we left Timor.
